Q. I’m starting to feel really anxious about attending and at this point some people back out and do not attend?
A. If you feel this way, please give me a call and we can discuss your anxieties over the telephone and then you can make your decision as to what you want to do.
Q. How many sessions will I need to attend?
A. Every person is different, but I will assess this with you at your first session and you will then have some idea. It usually depends on what your issues are.
Q. What if it is not what I thought and I don’t feel I’m getting anything from the sessions?
A. Please tell me and we can discuss what it is you are not getting or what else you need. The more you are able to tell me exactly how you feel helps me understand where you are coming from and look at alternatives with you.
